We’re sure that you have all seen many notices from various companies and groups regarding the ongoing health crisis in the United States. Please rest assured we are constantly monitoring the situation and that we at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home remain prepared to help your family during your time of need. Our business office will remain open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All services currently planned will remain so until the event where we are forced to reschedule them.
In the wake of Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-11, temporarily prohibiting all events with over 50 people in attendance or assemblages in shared indoor spaces over 50 people, we ask the families that we serve of a difficult task to limit the number of guests for being physically present for services. We have also taken measures to make available the ability to live-stream funeral services via our Facebook page for individuals wishing to virtually attend services during this temporary time of limiting contact. We ask that all individuals who are unwell to please stay home and to take advantage of this newly implemented offering along with kindly sharing your thoughts and memories on the family’s online guestbook at www.FilbrandtFFH.com.
As always, we are available to help your family 24 hours a day by telephone by calling 269-637-0333 and asking to speak with a funeral director.
Our support in your time of need does not end after the funeral services. Enter your email below to receive a grief support message from us each day for a year. You can unsubscribe at any time.
COVID-19 Update: 03/23/2020
First are foremost, we at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home are ALWAYS available to help you and your family.
In light of Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order No. 2020-21, temporarily suspending activities that are not necessary to sustain or protect life, we have made the decision to close our business office to non-essential appointments and business dealings beginning March 24, 2020. We feel this necessary to do our part in protecting our community members from the spread of COVID-19/Corona Virus.
PLEASE KNOW: This does not affect our ability to serve families in their time of need. We will still be available by telephone at 269-637-0333 24 hours a day. We will still be able to host funeral services following mandates and guidelines issued by the State of Michigan and recommendations made by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
We will continue serving our community with dignity by maintaining sanitary practices in wake of this temporary time of national crisis.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us at 269-637-0333 and ask to speak to a funeral director.
