Jane Thompson, 36, of South Haven, Michigan died at home on January 1, 2010.
Jane was born to Bert and Shelia (Thornewill) Eyre in Burton upon Trent, England. She married Mark Thompson She worked as a Health Care assistant in England and then worked as a hostess at the Thirsty Perch here in Michigan. Jane enjoyed spending time with her children. Since being in South Haven, Jane enjoyed playing beach volleyball, socializing with her friends, and taking her kids to the Wellness Center.
Jane is survived by her loving husband; Mark Thompson of South Haven, Michigan, proud and devoted mum to; Reece, Joel and Luke all at home. Her parents; Bert and Shelia (Eyre) of England. Her in-laws: Nick and Elaine Thompson, Her brothers; John, Michael, Brendan and Stuart. Sister-in-laws to Pat, Becky and Virginia, Alan and Laura. Much loved to Carl, Nigel, Amanda, Sam, George, Charley & Ellice, great aunt to Alfie. Niece, cousin, friend and workmate to many.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 9th, from 2:00 to 3:00 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Lakeview Cemetery, South Haven. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Association of Cancer Research.
